- Preparation of minutes of the Board meeting approving the audited accounts (once in every calendar year)
- Preparation of minutes of the Annual General Meeting (once in every calendar year)
- Completion and filing of the Annual Return with the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA), once per calendar year
- Assisting with the renewal of the business licence (once in every calendar year)
- Filing of the beneficial owner information with the Registrar of Companies
